Job Title: Dispatch Associate
Job Summary
- We’re seeking a highly organized and communicative Dispatch Associate to coordinate logistics and transportation operations.
- The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication and coordination between drivers, customers, and service providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process orders
- Assign drivers and vehicles
- Monitor shipments
- Provide vital information to drivers
- Liaise with customers and suppliers
- Maintain accurate records
- Review and improve processes.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in any field
- 2 – 3 years of dispatching experience
- Excellent communication and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of transportation regulations
- Good computer skills.
