Job Title: Analyst – OTT Partnerships, Marketing
Mission
- Responsible for the end-to-end coordination of the implementation of consumer OTT partnership strategy and plans.
- It requires strong analytical skills, market insight, exceptional communication skills, relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of emerging market challenges, good negotiation and partnering skill, ability to work cross-functionally. Must be able to identify industry trends and key influencers.
Description
- Identify opportunities for additional revenue streams through new partnerships and monetization strategies.
- Grow recruitment and conversion of new data users through customer engagements on OTT platforms.
- Implement and manage creative marketing campaigns and promotions that increase user awareness and drive customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to execute campaigns aimed at increasing data revenue and user engagement.
- Collaborate with the Business Intelligence (BI) team to maintain databases, tools, and models for tracking and analyzing proposition performance metrics.
- Leverage data-driven insights to refine product offerings and make informed decisions about future proposition development.
- Develop a deep understanding of our business and partners’ needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to drive revenue through collaborative efforts with partners.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive incremental data revenue, increase MTN digital distribution, and enhance the user experience on MTN e-store on partner’s platforms in collaboration with partners.
- Drive the implementation of scalable initiatives with partners, ensuring they meet business objectives.
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships with OTT providers (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google) and tech startups to enhance content offerings and drive revenue growth.
- Support the development and execution of joint marketing campaigns in collaboration with OTT partners to increase data usage and user acquisition.
- Conduct data product audits and reviews, customer use analysis, competitive analysis of matching products, and feedback on product enhancement
- Track the performance of launched data propositions by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), including user engagement, data revenue, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed reports on proposition performance, highlighting areas for improvement and optimization.
Requirements
Education:
- First Degree in any related discipline
- Fluent in English
Experience:
3 – 7 years’ experience with experience working with others
- Experience working in a medium organization
- Experience in product development, customer experience, Analytical Skills, Presentations and conceptualization of Concept.
