Job Title: Blending Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate blending equipment, including setting up, starting, and shutting down machines.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform repairs as needed.
• Meet or exceed production targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Optimize blending process parameters to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and control material usage to minimize waste.
• Collaborate with maintenance personnel to schedule and perform equipment maintenance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve processes and productivity.

Qualification

• Trade Test, SSCE, OND, B.Sc Degree or HND qualification in Engineering, Food Technology or related Sciences .

Experience: 

• Minimum of 4 years in similar role.
