Job Title: Security Personnel 

Job Description

• In Abuja, a security guard’s job involves patrolling, monitoring access points, observing and reporting suspicious activity, ensuring the safety and security of personnel and property, and potentially responding to emergencies.

Key Responsibilities
Patrolling and Monitoring:

• Conduct regular patrols of the property, both on foot and via vehicle, to deter and detect any suspicious activity or security breaches.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify potential threats or security issues.
• Maintain accurate records of security-related activities, incidents, and observations.

Access Control:

• Control access to the premises, ensuring that only authorized personnel are allowed entry.
• Verify identification and conduct security checks as needed.

Observation and Reporting:

• Observe and document any suspicious activity or incidents.
• Report any security breaches, emergencies, or other relevant information to the appropriate authorities.

Emergency Response:

• Respond to alarms, emergencies, or security breaches, taking appropriate action to ensure the safety of personnel and property.
• Cooperate with law enforcement agencies when necessary.

Customer Service:

• Provide assistance and directions to visitors and staff.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

Other Duties:

• Ensure the safety and security of all personnel, visitors, and the premises.
• Adhere to all company service and operating standards.
• Remain in compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an NCE, OND, SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 3 – 4 years of experience.

Salary
N70,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
