Job Title: Sales Manager
Job Summary
- We are looking for highly skilled people with deep industry/consumer knowledge and experience to drive our mission to empower individuals to embrace their unique sense of style.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement sales strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Ensure product availability across all channels and geographical areas within the country
- Develop and oversee the implementation of the sales and channel development strategy to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Establishing monthly and annual quotas for the team and implementing marketing strategies to analyze trends that cover all aspects from revenue projections to expense controls,
- Recruit , develop and manage sales team.
- Plan and implement customer retention strategies to ensure consistent sales.
- Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers and retailers.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate should be a graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum of 15 years experience in Sales and Distribution
- Must be proficient in the use of MS office software.
- Must presently be a Sales Manager or equivalent position.

- Category Management
- Problem Solving Analysis.
