Job Title: Zonal Manager (Bakery)

Job Objective

• Drive sales growth, develop and implement sales strategies, and manage customer relationships within the Northern region. Lead a team to achieve business targets and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute zonal sales strategy to achieve targets.
• Identify market opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team.
• Monitor sales data, stock levels, and ensure financial alignment.
• Ensure compliance with pricing policies and sales processes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 10-15 years’ experience in B2B and B2C sales, preferably in the bakery or food industry.
• Proven leadership and business development skills.
• Strong negotiation and customer management expertise.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Salary
N500,000 – N600,000 per month.
