Job Title: Estate Officer
Job Description
- Draft and implement estate management plans.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of estate grounds, buildings, and facilities.
- Monitor and supervise estate personnel and contractors.
- Develop and manage budgets for estate projects.
- Analyze and assess building and site-specific requirements.
- Prepare reports, including financial statements and other documents related to estate activities.
- Liaise with estate tenants, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure legal compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Negotiate leases and contracts on behalf of the estate.
- Research and analyze market trends to improve estate performance.
Requirements
- We need the services of an Estate officer who must have obtained a B.Sc or HND in Estate management.
- The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years post NYSC experience and must have been active in the industry.
- Candidates residing around Ikeja, Ogba or other close vicinities will have advantage.
