Job Title: Diesel Generator Specialist
Job Summary
- HRLeverage Africa Consulting, a leading HR Consulting company with a physical presence in 8 African countries, is recruiting a Diesel Generator Engineer for our client.
- We are looking for an experienced and skilled Diesel Generator Engineer to install, commission, and maintain diesel generators.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and test diesel generators.
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of diesel generators.
- Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify faults and recommend repairs.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- B.Eng or its equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3 – 6 years of experience working with diesel generators.
- Strong technical knowledge of diesel generators, electrical systems, and control panels.
- Experience with generator maintenance software and troubleshooting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Valid certifications in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
