Job Title: Sales Lead / Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Direct Sales Agents to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive product uptake, especially in the phone and electronics market.
- Oversee day-to-day field sales operations, ensuring team performance and alignment with company goals.
- Monitor sales activities, providing coaching, support, and motivation to improve performance.
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales reports and market feedback to management.
- Coordinate product launches and in-store activations with marketing and retail teams.
- Ensure excellent customer service delivery and handle escalated customer issues.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to recommend strategic actions.
Key Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in phone or electronics sales, preferably in a supervisory or lead role.
- Proven ability to recruit and manage field sales teams, with measurable success.
- Strong selling and negotiation skills, with a passion for exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to lead and influence a team.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and thrives in fast-paced environments while maintaining focus under tight deadlines.
