Job Title: Executive Administrator

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4- 7 years of experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant or similar role, preferably in the oil and gas industry

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools
  • Familiarity with project management software tool is an advantage

Core Competencies:

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  •  Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Work Environment:

  • Based in Lagos with occasional travel for meetings or events as may be required
  • Flexible working hours may be required to accommodate the Executive’s schedule
