Job Title: Sales Associate
Job Summary
- We’re seeking driven Sales Associates to grow our footprint in Lagos clusters.
- You’ll be responsible for onboarding customers, validating their information (KYC), activating their first orders, and driving repeat business.
- This is a dynamic, customer-facing role that combines relationship management, sales strategy, and on-field support to meet growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Activation: Introduce new customers to Radease, complete KYC, and secure initial orders.
- Customer Retention: Build lasting relationships, support repeat orders, and gather valuable feedback.
- Order Placement: Assist customers by placing accurate orders via the Radease app.
- Cluster Sales Growth: Expand sales within assigned areas, driving consistent growth.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and maintain stock levels.
- Market Insights: Share customer and market feedback to inform strategy and improve services.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or any healthcare related field.
- Sales experience, ideally in healthcare / Pharmaceutical products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Salary
N90,000 Monthly + commission.
