• Responsibilities include greeting customers, managing seating, taking orders, serving food, and addressing customer needs, all while maintaining a clean and professional environment.

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and ensure a positive dining experience.

Skills / Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification
• Proven 1-2 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Lives in or near Lekki for easy commute.

Salary
N180,000 / month.
