Job Title: Human Resource Trainer
Responsibilities
Identifying and Assessing:
- Training Needs: Needs Analysis: Identifying the skills and knowledge gaps within the organization, often through surveys, performance reviews, or discussions with managers and employees.
- Benchmarking: Comparing the organization’s training needs with industry best practices.
- Collaboration: Working closely with HR Business Partners and line managers to align training with business goals.
Designing and Developing Training Programs:
- Course Development: Creating training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online modules.
- Program Design: Developing training calendars, schedules, and overall program structures.
- Budget Management: Managing the training budget and ensuring that planned programs stay within budget.
Delivering and Implementing
- Training: Training Delivery: Conducting training sessions, both in person and online, and potentially using external trainers.
- Program Management: Organizing and overseeing training programs, including logistics, materials, and evaluation.
- Vendor Management: Managing contracts with external training vendors and ensuring the quality of their services.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND with 3 – 5 years of work experience.
