Job Title: After School Program Team Lead

Job Summary

• The After school Programme lead will manage the planning, supervision and delivery of activities, homework help and care for pupils attending the After school programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver activities, games and crafts
• Support pupils with homework and reading tasks
• Coordinate the supervision of pupils during activities, snacks and outdoor play
• Ensure student safety and supervision.
• Manage behaviour management and conflict resolution
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Manage administrative tasks and programme preparation
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive programme.
• Encourage positive behaviour
• Prepare and maintain activity resources
• Ebsure students are safely picked up by authorized individuals.
• Support students’ social and emotional wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or similar course
• Experience working with children in a school or after-school setting
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing circumstances
• First Aid and Safeguarding training.
