Job Title: Tailor

Job Summary

• We’re seeking a skilled Tailor to join our team. As a Tailor, you will be responsible for creating, altering, and repairing clothing and textiles.
• You should have excellent sewing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various fabrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Create custom clothing and textiles according to client specifications
• Alter and repair existing garments to meet client needs
• Take measurements and fit garments on clients
• Select fabrics, threads, and other materials for projects
• Operate sewing machines and perform hand-stitching tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE qualification with 2 years work experience.
• Experience as a tailor or in a related field
• Strong sewing and alteration skills
• Knowledge of fabrics and textiles
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication skills for working with clients

Skills:

• Sewing and alteration technique
• Fabric selection and manipulation
• Pattern-making and design
• Time management and organization

Qualifications:

• Formal training in tailoring or a related field (optional)
• Certification in tailoring or a related or related field.
