Job Title: Mixologist
Responsibilities
- Mix and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages.
- Interact with customers, taking drink orders and making recommendations.
- Prepare garnishes and glassware to enhance drink presentation.
- Handle cash and process payments for drinks.
- Maintain inventory, including stocking supplies and checking expiration dates.
- Ensure bar area is clean, well-organized, and fully stocked.
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service.
- Adhere to local laws and regulations regarding alcohol service.
- Maintain records of drink sales, stock levels, and customer preferences.
- Upsell drinks, promotions, and special offerings to customers.
- Clean and sanitize bar equipment and utensils at the end of each shift.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / BSc Degree with 1 – 2 years experience.
Salary
N60,000 – N70,000 per month.
