Job Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media in a clear, friendly, and timely manner.
- Assist with order placement, product inquiries, and troubleshooting of online services or websites.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues related to products, services, or shipping.
- Monitor and manage customer feedback on social media platforms or review sites.
- Provide technical support and step-by-step guidance for customers facing issues with website navigation or account access.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or management.
- Keep customer interaction records updated and ensure privacy and confidentiality.
- Meet daily or weekly targets for response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
- Ensure all customer communications align with the company’s tone and guidelines.
Requirement
- You must be staying within the axis of or in Ago Palace Way.
Salary
N70,000 – N80,000 monthly.
