Job Title: Club Manager

Job Summary

• We’re looking for a bold, connected, and creative Club Manager to take the lead – not in daily operations, but in experience strategy, brand building, and vibe curation that turns our spaces into destinations for locals and travelers alike.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the club, including staff supervision, customer service, and facility maintenance
• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, including marketing, promotions, and events
• Ensure exceptional customer service, including resolving customer complaints and concerns
• Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and finance, to achieve business objectives
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in the club

Requirements

• 4+ years in premium hospitality, luxury events,
• Deeply plugged into the entertainment and creative scenes — you know how to book talent and mana+ge performance energy
• A natural connector who builds community around quality, taste, and exclusivity
• Strong on brand vision, aesthetic storytelling, and event innovation
• Experienced with talent management, bookings, and live event flow
• Entrepreneurial, bold, and naturally persuasive
• Deeply connected and culturally attuned — you know what excites the high-end crowd
• Comfortable collaborating, innovating, and leading across functions
• Highly organized with strong commercial instincts.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and licensing laws.
• Passion for creating an exceptional guest experience and a dynamic atmosphere.
