Job Title: Chinese Cook
Responsibilties
- Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients, cook dishes according to recipes, and ensure proper cooking methods are followed.
- Quality Control: Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Kitchen Operations: Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen workspace, following food safety and hygiene standards.
- Recipe Development: Develop and test new recipes to enhance the menu and cater to customer preferences.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and ensure efficient workflow.
- Food Cost Management: Monitor and control food costs, including inventory management and purchasing.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints related to food quality or preparation.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper operation and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO / OND qualification in related fields with 3 – 5 years work experience.
