Job Title: HR Trainer
Key Responsibilities
- Needs Analysis: Identifying training needs through various methods like job analysis, appraisals, and discussions with business managers.
- Program Design: Developing and managing training programs, including creating learning materials and choosing appropriate delivery methods.
- Training Delivery: Delivering training sessions, whether online, in-person, or through blended learning approaches.
- Evaluation: Assessing the effectiveness of training programs, collecting feedback, and making necessary revisions.
- Resource Management: Managing budgets, ensuring training is within allocated resources, and utilizing various learning resources.
- Collaboration: Working with other departments and stakeholders to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
- Monitoring and Feedback: Tracking trainee progress, providing constructive feedback, and developing individual learning plans.
- Compliance: Ensuring training programs meet statutory and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification with 3 – 5 years work experience.
