Job Title: Relationship Manager

Job Summary

• The Ondo RM is responsible for managing the company’s agent and merchant ecosystem within Ondo State, ensuring quality service delivery, transaction growth, and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new agents, ensuring all regulatory documentation is in place.
• Conduct weekly monitoring of agent activities and resolve operational issues.
• Facilitate liquidity management processes for optimal transaction flow.
• Champion the brand in local communities and build loyalty among agents.
• Identify inactive agents and drive strategies to re-engage or replace them.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting of regional performance metrics.
• Assist with the roll-out of new services or product features.

Monthly Target:

• 10,000 Application forms per month

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or any related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in agency banking, fintech, or field-based financial services.
• Good understanding of agent banking ecosystem.
• Excellent communication, training, and client service skills.

Salary Budget
N250,000 / Month + Car + Driver + PFA + HMO
