Job Title: Relationship Manager

Job Summary

• The Osun Relationship Manager will oversee the day-to-day relationship with mobile money agents, ensuring high performance and expansion of financial services within the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents and partners in Osun.
• Drive agent activation, transaction growth, and retention.
• Monitor daily transaction trends, liquidity issues, and agent downtime.
• Conduct agent training sessions on new products and services.
• Support complaint resolution and promote agent satisfaction.
• Liaise with regional and central support teams to resolve escalations.
• Ensure strict compliance with all financial and operational procedures.
• Collect and report data for performance tracking and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in fintech, banking, or mobile money sectors.
• Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the state.
• Strong organizational, reporting, and interpersonal skills

Monthly Target:

• 10,000 Application forms per month

Benefits
