Job Title: Sales Team Lead
Job Summary
- As the Sales Team Lead, you will be tasked with the responsibility of guiding, supervising, and overseeing a workgroup of people responsible for the execution of marketing projects and the promotion of the company’s products and services.
Responsibilities
- Coach team members on achieving goals and developing necessary skills that get results.
- Market loans to the target audience for portfolio growth.
- Supervise loan form documentation and follow through to disbursement.
- Analyze market trends and advise accordingly as part of product improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related discipline.
- At least 3 years experience working as a Team Lead in the financial sector.
