Job Title: Officer, Card Settlement

Job Description

Timely Settlement of all required process on Visa and Pos transactions.
Ensuring customer transaction is posted into appropriate GL accounts i.e. card accounts.
Balance incoming and outgoing files daily.
Apply entries to relevant Expense or Revenue accounts daily.
Responsibilities for ensuring all necessary files are dropped into the Data Store on a daily basis.
Ensuring merchant transaction are posted into appropriate GL accounts.
Responsibilities for Card settlement with Visa and MasterCard via Interswitch and UPSL

Qualifications

First Degree (BSc) Science or Social Science field

Experience:

2-3years experience in Card transaction authorization, clearing and settlement processes will be an advantage.
Comprehensive knowledge of banking transaction processes relevant to products and services offered to customers.
