Job Title: Investment Executive 

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project investment strategies to meet financial objectives.
• Identify and evaluate investment opportunities through market research and financial analysis.
• Negotiate financing terms with lenders and investors to secure optimal funding.
• Lead financial modeling and sensitivity analysis to assess investment viability and potential returns.
• Manage investment portfolios and monitor performance against targets.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including developers, brokers, and legal teams, to ensure successful execution of projects.
• Stay abreast of market trends, regulations, and economic factors impacting real estate investments.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management and board members.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc Degree in Finance or a related field.
• 2+ years experience in project finance and investment management.
• Proven track record of successfully executing project investment strategies and delivering strong financial results.
• Extensive knowledge of project markets, financial analysis, and investment valuation techniques.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
