Job Title: Telesales Executive
Responsibilities
- Converting customer inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Providing market research through outbound calling
- Surveying customer satisfaction
- Generating additional transactions outside assigned leads to meet sales targets
- Contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answering questions about products or the company
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements, sending applicable documents and requirements
- Exploring and adopting strategies to contact customers and curate responses and feedback
- Producing reports and making recommendations to the team lead
- Providing brand recognition by leaving leads with an excellent impression
- Converting difficult leads into customers
- Any other tasks assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, HND or equivalent in any field of study.
- 2+ years of experience in telesales or telemarketing role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota.
