Job Title: Boatswain (Bosun)
Purpose
- To supervise deck crew operations and maintain deck equipment in line with safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise ABs and deck ratings during mooring, loading, and maintenance.
- Manage deck inventory and PPE issuance.
- Enforce housekeeping and safety on deck.
- Assist in lifting and rigging operations.
Requirements
- Extensive offshore deck experience
- STCW & BOSIET
- Leadership skills and physical fitness.
