Job Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with a cheerful face upon entrance
- Attend to customers professionally
- Receive/make calls and send messages
- Good communication skills
- Input all customers information and details on the system correctly without error
- Ensure to proffer a timely resolution to customers complaint in a professional manner
- Interface closely with other department to ensure the company business needs are met, as well as Customer needs.
- Entering all online documents as at when due
- Collecting and analyzing customer’s feedback
- Processing billing
- Ensuring complete customer satisfaction
- Be the face and image of the company.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / BSc qualification with 1+ years relevant work experience.
- Must have good communications skill both oral and written
- Must be computer literate
- Must be a female
- Must residues be detail oriented
- Must be an active listener
- Must reside in Wuse II and environs
- Must be young and active
- Must be able to multitask
- Must be patient
- Ability to show empathy
- Must be friendly.
