Job Title: Business Development Manager
Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our client acquisition and revenue growth initiatives.
- This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting our loan products to meet the financial needs of our customers.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services sales and a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the firm’s client base.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and offering appropriate loan solutions.
- Oversee and coordinate a team of loan marketers to generate quality loan leads.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract qualified clients interested in taking loans.
- Ensure that loan leads meet company eligibility criteria before forwarding for processing.
- Recruit, train, and manage field marketers responsible for bringing in loan clients.
- Set performance targets and regularly evaluate marketers’ effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the loan operation team to design and implement effective sales strategies, innovation and campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and market analysis to senior management.
Requirements
- BSC in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or any other related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales within the financial services or lending industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Google workspace, Microsoft office Suite and CRM software.
