Job Title: Client Service / Account Management Officer
Job Description
- We are looking for a Client Service / Account Management Officer to manage end-to-end client interactions, ensure accurate costing and budgeting, and support seamless execution of brand activation and experiential marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Lead project cost estimation, budgeting, and financial tracking using QS expertise.
- Prepare BOQs, job measurements, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Monitor project timelines, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
- Coordinate with vendors and production teams to deliver on client expectations.
Requirements
- BSc/HND in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in client servicing or account/project management.
- Strong analytical, budgeting, and vendor negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with branding, activation, or marketing projects is an advantage.
Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
