Job Title: Quality Assurance Lead

Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic Quality Assurance Leadwho will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
• The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Assurance team in daily operations within the manufacturing facility.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with ISO standards and other regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality procedures, inspection plans, and testing protocols.
• Oversee root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to improve product quality.
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits from clients and regulatory bodies.
• Train and mentor QA staff and ensure consistent performance and development.
• Maintain documentation and quality records in accordance with QMS requirements.
• Report on key quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Education, Qualification and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food technology, Food Science, Microbiology, or related discipline.
• 5years of experience in a quality role, preferably in the food or snack manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing quality systems (ISO 9001 or similar).
• Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of food safety systems such as HACCP, GMP, ISO9001.
• Good observation, reporting, and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work shifts or weekends as needed.S
