Job Title: Account Lead
Job Summary
- We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Account Lead to join our dynamic team.
- The Account Leadwill oversee the company’s financial reporting, budgeting, and internal control processes.
- This role is critical in supporting strategic decision-making through accurate financial management and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor company budgets and assist in forecasting and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with statutory and tax regulations
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies
- Implement and maintain strong internal controls
- Support the finance manager with strategic financial initiatives
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
Education, Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance roles, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Professional qualification will be considered a plus.
- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and financial analysis in a production environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Odoo, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Salary
N300,000 – N450,000 / Month.
