Job Title: Strategy and Planning Manager

Job Description

• We are seeking to employ a Strategy and Planning Manager who will be responsible for their organisation’s corporate strategy and expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the formulation and execution of the company’s corporate strategy, including long-term vision, growth initiatives, and market expansion plans.
• Lead the development of the corporate strategy and annual strategic plans.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives and strategies.
• Track and report on key strategic initiatives’ progress and outcomes.
• Support leadership in identifying new business opportunities and risks.
• Conduct industry and competitive analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the Food and Beverage sector.
• Facilitate strategic workshops with leadership to align on priorities and execution roadmaps.
• Define and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc. / HND in a relevant field of study. Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
• Must have a Relevant Professional certification i.e Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma or Lean Management, Certified Strategy Professional (CSP),
• Must have relevant years of work experience in a similar role, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role in the FMCG industry.
