Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Responsibilities
Front Desk:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees.
- Manage phone calls, take messages, and respond to queries.
- Handle mail and packages, and distribute to relevant personnel.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and bookings.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to queries.
HR Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain HR documents, such as employee records and contracts.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing offer letters.
- Manage employee onboarding documentation and process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications in a related field with experience.
Salary
N90,000 – N100,000 / Month.
