Job Title: Shutdown Planning Supervisor (Local)
Job Description
- Leads detailed planning for shutdown events.
- Defines work scopes, ensures resource readiness, liaises with engineering/maintenance, and builds schedules for execution.
Requirements
- Education: BEng / B.Sc. in a related Engineering field from an accredited university.
- Experience: 5 -15 years of relevant experience in oil and gas industry.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of oil & gas industry
- Leadership and team-building skills with a focus on mentorship.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work in multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary project teams.
- Willingness to travel to site locations and project offices as required.
- Carries out readiness checks, performs equipment walk-downs, confirms permit compliance, and addresses identified gaps before operational handover.
