Job Summary

• We’re seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee our FMCG operations in Lagos.
• As a Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, ensuring effective customer service, and driving sales growth¹.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Management: Supervise a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure sales targets are met.
• Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service, resolving customer complaints and addressing their needs.
• Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, expand customer base, and increase market share.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, track sales, and report on customer feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field in the FMCG sector
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 / month.
