Job Title: Sales Representative
Position Summary
- We’re looking for a passionate and result-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales of our cleaning services.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and pursue new client leads across residential and commercial sectors.
- Promote and sell Runoclean’s services (e.g., regular cleaning, deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning, fumigation, etc.).
- Follow up on leads, prepare and present quotations, and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
Requirements
- OND / HND / BSc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 1 – 3 years of relevant experience in sales or service-based marketing.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Knowledge of the cleaning industry is an added advantage.
- Must be willing to work on the field and travel locally as needed.
