Job Title: Sales Merchandiser

Job Summary:

• We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Merchandiser to support our sales and marketing activities in Benin.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper visibility and display of our products in retail outlets, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit designated retail outlets to merchandise Erisco products.
• Ensure proper display, visibility, and availability of products.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with store owners and attendants.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
• Report market intelligence and competitor activities.
• Execute promotional and marketing campaigns at retail points.

Requirements:

• Minimum of an OND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 – 2 years of experience in sales/merchandising, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be a resident of Benin City.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily field targets.
