Job Title: Production Chemist

Job Description

• The Production Chemist is responsible for overseeing and executing chemical manufacturing processes, ensuring that production is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• The role involves monitoring chemical reactions, maintaining equipment, managing documentation, and supporting continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute Production Processes: Carry out chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing as per batch production records (BPRs) and SOPs.
• Monitor Quality and Compliance: Ensure all products meet quality specifications and adhere to GMP, safety, and environmental standards.
• Equipment Handling: Operate and monitor reactors, mixers, dryers, and other production equipment.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of batch production, raw material usage, and deviations.
• Support Process Improvements: Participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and process optimization initiatives.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 1 – 10 years work experience.
