Job Title: Assistant Manager, Maintenance

Job Description

• The Assistant Maintenance Manager supports the Maintenance Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising maintenance activities to ensure efficient and safe operation of equipment and facilities.
• This role involves managing maintenance teams, scheduling preventive maintenance, troubleshooting breakdowns, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in Maintenance Planning: Help develop and implement maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities.
• Supervise Maintenance Team: Oversee daily activities of technicians and fitters to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs: Support diagnosing equipment failures and coordinating corrective actions.
• Ensure Compliance: Monitor adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare maintenance reports, track work orders, and maintain equipment records.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with at least 1 year work experience.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
