Job Title: Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise field-level staff and volunteers implemen ng project ac vi es.
- Monitor activity implementa on, ensuring adherence to plans and quality standards.
- Provide mentorship and support to grassroots workers and community mobilizers.
- Report on progress, challenges, and recommenda ons to higher management.
- Engage with community leaders and stakeholders to promote project ownership.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field; Social Sciences, Education, or Public Health preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in field supervision or community development.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to live and work in rural or semi-urban areas.
- Fluency in local languages may be required depending on location.
Other Requirements:
- Nigerian citizenship or valid work permit.
- Strong commitment to gender equality and women’s empowerment.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confiden ality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Team player with excellent communication and management skills.
