Job Title: Finance Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and mely financial records for the project.
- Process payments, prepare vouchers, and reconcile accounts.
- Support budget prepara on and financial forecas ng.
- Ensure compliance with accoun ng standards, donor regula ons, and internal controls.
- Liaise with auditors and provide necessary documenta on.
Qualifications & Experience
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in finance within an NGO setting.
- Knowledge of donor financial repor ng requirements.
- Proficient in accoun ng so ware (QuickBooks, Pastel, etc.).
- Strong aten on to detail and ethical financial practices.
Other Requirements:
- Nigerian citizenship or valid work permit.
- Strong commitment to gender equality and women’s empowerment.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confiden ality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Team player with excellent communication and management skills.
