Job Title: Business Development & Relationship Manager

Job Summary

• Business Development & Relationship Manager for Permanent Capital Vehicles (PCVs).
• You will drive engagement with PCVs, focusing on MSMEs, sustainable impact, and strategic partnerships.
• Key responsibilities include onboarding PCVs, managing portfolios, developing financial products, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard PCV firms aligned with company mandate.
• Achieve business development targets and manage client relationships.
• Draft Credit Approval Memorandums and resolve customer issues.
• Develop and refine PCV lending frameworks and venture capital strategies.
• Conduct market research, stakeholder engagements, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Monitor portfolio performance and ensure risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Professional certifications (e.g., ICAN, CIMA, CPA, CIBN) are a plus.
• 5+ years in financial institutions, with 3+ years in investments, private equity, or structured finance.
• Experience in Business Development and emerging markets (Nigeria knowledge preferred).
