Job Title: Sales Officer

Job Summary

• We are looking for a results-driven Sales Officer with experience in plywood, building materials, or construction industries.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, preparing quotations, driving sales of plywood and doors, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and building material sector
• Generate leads and follow up with potential clients to close deals
• Prepare accurate quotations based on customer requirements
• Sell plywood, doors, and other building materials to clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct market visits to understand customer needs and preferences (expenses will be reimbursed)
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in sales within plywood, building materials, or construction industries
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Familiarity with the Apapa-Lagos market and customer base is an advantage

Salary

• N120,000 – N170,000 per month. 

Benefits:

• Transport Allowance: N3,500 (weekly)
• Phone Expenses: N3,000 (monthly)
• Market Visit Expenses: Paid at actual cost.
