Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Responsibilities
- Inform customers by phone about company products and services.
- Contact customers to present TPRS services and answer all inquiries.
- Participate in quotations preparation, terms of payment for the manager’s review and approval.
- Present relevant publications as appropriate to customers and explain the benefits/advantages of TPRS services over other competitors.
- Provide a weekly pre-call plan and report daily activities and refer any difficulties/challenges to the Manager for action.
- Assist with the solution and resolution of customer complaints.
- Keep good control of the customer list and keep updating customer profiles.
- Perform any other related duties as required by management.
Requirements
- OND / NCE qualification.
- 0-1 year of experience in a similar position.
Salary
N80,000 Monthly.
