Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

Job Description

The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising the daily operations of the cleaning team to ensure that school facilities remain clean, safe, and hygienic.
The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team while promoting high standards of cleanliness and health and safety.

The ideal candidate must:

Demonstrate integrity, servant leadership, and a commitment to Christian service.

Responsibilities
Staff Supervision & Scheduling:

Develop and manage cleaning staff work schedules to ensure adequate coverage at all
times.
Reallocate duties as needed to cover staff absences or changing operational needs.
Provide guidance, training, and support to cleaning staff to maintain high performance.

Cleaning Standards & Daily Oversight:

Ensure thorough cleaning of all key areas, including:
Windows (internal and external), skirtings, architraves, cupboards, lockers, and glass doors.
Bathrooms: floors, basins, sinks, toilets, mirrors, showers, and bathtubs.
High-touch surfaces: hand railings, student desks and chairs, doorknobs.
Supervise spot cleaning of spillages during and after school hours.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure quality cleaning standards are met consistently.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a BSc Degree with 3 – 4 years of experience.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
