Job Title: Digital Marketer

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with aviation industry trends.
• Identify key customer segments (e.g., travelers, corporate clients, cargo operators) and tailor campaigns accordingly.
• Perform market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across channels: Google Ads, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), YouTube, and email.
• Oversee Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies to enhance website traffic.
• Develop engaging content (ads, blog posts, newsletters, landing pages) that resonates with aviation audiences.
• Develop social media calendars and post engaging, brand-consistent content.
• Monitor platforms for engagement, comments, and mentions, and respond promptly.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, or SEMrush to track campaign performance.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports on KPIs and ROI, identifying trends and improvement areas.
• Monitor and improve conversion rates across all digital touchpoints including booking pages, forms, and landing pages.
• Implement A/B testing and user journey enhancements to improve customer experience.
• Work with travel influencers, aviation blogs, and travel platforms for digital partnerships.
• Collaborate with other departments (sales, customer service, and operations) for unified messaging.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 3 – 5 years of work experience.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
