Job Summary

• CasaLavoro Limited is seeking a vigilant and safety-conscious Lifeguard to join our hospitality team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all guests in and around our pool and aquatic facilities.
• As a lifeguard, you will monitor activities, enforce pool rules, respond to emergencies, and provide exceptional guest service in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor guests in and around the pool area to ensure a safe environment.
• Prevent accidents by enforcing safety rules and pool regulations.
• Respond to all emergency situations promptly, including performing rescues and administering first aid or CPR when necessary.
• Inspect pool equipment, water quality, and facilities regularly and report any issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool areas, including lounge chairs and safety equipment.
• Provide friendly and courteous customer service to guests.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and daily logs.
• Attend training and staff meetings as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a lifeguard, preferably in the hospitality or resort industry.
• Current and valid Lifeguard Certification (Red Cross or equivalent).
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certification required.
• Strong swimming skills and physical stamina.
• Ability to remain alert and react quickly in emergency situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and behavior at all times.
• Must be reliable, responsible, and punctual.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in hotels, resorts, or luxury hospitality environments.
• Basic knowledge of pool maintenance and water quality testing is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Shift-based work including weekends and public holidays.
• Outdoor work environment; prolonged exposure to sun and water.
