Job Title: Project Management Officer
Job Description
- Coordinate project activities and resources, ensuring alignment with project objectives and milestones.
- Continuously track and monitor all stages of the project lifecycle, ensuring project is kept within scope, within budget and of expected quality.
- Identify and manage potential risks and issues, implement corrective measures to keep the project on track and escalate to senior management where necessary
- Prepare and provide comprehensive documentation, plans, and reports to internal team and key stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing within the team, keeping members informed about project and partner updates.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, minute-taking, and follow-ups.
- Support project managers in the execution of multiple ongoing projects across departments.
- Ensure all assigned project(s) conform to ntel Project Management Governance standards.
- Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as requested by line manager/supervisor.
Requirements
Education / Certification:
- First degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or any related field.
- Professional Certification in Project Management is a plus
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Telecommunication environment or related industry.
- Experience in coordinating projects, including managing large, complex projects and deploying products and services in an organization.
- Experience of tracking project activities, managing schedules, preparing reports or assisting with deliverables
- Experience in partnership building, and managing expectations across internal, 3rd party and/or client teams according to project requirements and work streams from kick off to deployment.
- Demonstrated track record of accomplishments including contributions to successful launches of products, services, policies or national initiatives.
