Job Title: Production and Quarry Manager

Job Summary

• As the production and Quarry manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily quarry operations, including the extraction and processing of materials.
• The ideal candidate will ensure that production targets are met efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety, environmental compliance, and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise quarry production activities to ensure output targets are met in terms of quality and quantity
• Manage the extraction process, including drilling, blasting, crushing, and loading of raw materials
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and environmental policies in compliance with local regulations and company standards
• Oversee the maintenance and servicing of quarry equipment and machinery to reduce downtime
• Monitor production KPIs and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum of 10 years in granite and stone production
• Hands-on experience with crushing plants, including installation and maintenance of crushers.

Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
